Survey Prize Draw Australia – Terms & Conditions

1. The Prize Draw: The Promoter is ClearScore Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 624 386 330) of Grosvenor Place, Level 26, 225 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (“ClearScore”). By entering this Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other terms published by ClearScore, these terms and conditions prevail. ClearScore reserves the right to refuse entry to the Prize Draw or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

2. Prize Draw Period. This Prize Draw starts at 00:00 (GMT) on 18th January 2025 and closes on the earlier of (i) 23:59 on 25th January 2025 at 23h59 (GMT); or (ii) submission of the Survey by 1000 entrants(“Prize Draw Period”).

3. Eligibility. Entry to the Prize Draw is open to ClearScore users who:
   1. are permanent residents of New South Wales, Queensland, Tasmania, Victoria, Western Australia, South Australia, Northern Territory, Australian Capital Territory;
   2. have received an invitation via email to the email address linked to your ClearScore account to complete a survey (“Survey”) and submits a completed Survey before the end of the Prize Draw Period;
   3. are 18 years or older by the end of the Prize Draw Period;
   4. are amongst the first 1000 entrants to complete the Survey; and
   5. are not operating any fraudulent ClearScore accounts,
      (an “Eligible User”).
      
      
4. Contractors, employees and/or workers of ClearScore or any of its affiliates, or their respective immediate family members, are not eligible to enter into this Prize Draw.

5. To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Prize Draw Period, submit a survey response via the survey form provided by ClearScore. Responses provided via any other means (e.g. email) are not valid and will not count as an entry to the prize-draw.
6. ClearScore accepts no responsibility for any incomplete or illegible entries, or entries that fail to be validly and/or properly submitted.

7. Upon completion and submission of a Survey, Eligible Users will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw. Only one entry per Eligible User is permitted. Two (2) winners from all valid entries received from Eligible Users (the “Winner(s)”) ClearScore will randomly select (performed by a computer process via an random number generator)(The “Draw”) at 14:00pm (GMT) at Vox Studios, VG203, 1 – 45 Durham Street, London SE11 5JH, UK. 7 days after the Prize Draw Period ends. The Winner(s) will each receive a $100 (Australian Dollars) Amazon voucher (“Prize”). All taxes (excluding GST), which may be payable as a consequence of receiving the Prize, are the sole responsibility of each Winner.
8. The Prize shall be used in accordance with the Amazon Gift Card Terms and Conditions found and any other applicable set of rules and/or terms and conditions made available from time to time by ClearScore and/or Amazon.
9. Winner Notification. If you are a Winner, you will receive an email from ClearScore to the email address linked to your ClearScore account within 7 days of the Draw. It is the entrant’s responsibility to notify ClearScore should their contact details change during the Promotion Period. Should the email not be deliverable to a Winner, that Winner will be disqualified, and ClearScore will conduct a further random draw to select a replacement Winner, who will be notified in accordance with these terms and conditions.
10. Each Winner will receive a URL link in the email from which they will be able to access the Prize, which can only be used to purchase eligible goods and services available on https://www.amazon.com.au and is subject to the Amazon Gift Card Terms and Conditions which are available on the Amazon website.
11. ClearScore shall have no responsibility for any errors (technical or human), any entries affected or invalidated by technical failures or malfunctions or for data corruption.
12. Each Prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative. In the event that the Prize (or any part of the Prize) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond ClearScore's control, ClearScore may substitute a prize (or the relevant part of a prize) with a prize of equal or greater value subject to any contrary direction from a regulatory authority.
    
    Use of Eligible Entrant's personal information
    By entering this Prize Draw, Eligible Entrants consent to the collection and handling of their personal information in accordance with Clearscore’s Privacy Policy (https://www.clearscore.com/au/privacy-policy) and these terms and conditions. This may require disclosure to third parties, including local regulatory authorities, other entrants and ClearScore’s agents or third-party service providers, for the purpose of conducting the Promotion. ClearScore’s Privacy Policy contains information about how individuals may access or correct personal information or make a privacy related complaint.

13. Eligible Entrants may access, change or update their personal information by emailing ClearScore on help@clearscore.com.au.
14. The full name of the Winner can be obtained by entrants after the closing date by emailing help@clearscore.com.au. If you, as a Winner, object to your full name being made available to other entrants, please contact ClearScore by email at help@clearscore.com.au. In such circumstances, ClearScore may still provide this information to regulatory authorities.
15. If this Promotion cannot be run as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of ClearScore, ClearScore may, subject to licensing authority approval, alter, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. ClearScore will use reasonable efforts to notify you should this occur by publishing a notice on its website or its mobile app.
16. ClearScore assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, ClearScore may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion.
17. ClearScore reserves the right to amend, vary, cancel, or withdraw these terms and conditions or the Prize Draw at any time without prior notice where it becomes necessary to do so.
18. These terms and conditions do not limit, modify or exclude consumer guarantees as provided under the Promotion and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
19. ClearScore's decision is final, binding and no correspondence will be entered into. ClearScore accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if illegitimate, forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
20. This Prize Draw will be governed by Australian Law and be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
