You can view the details of an upcoming change by selecting it in your report ‘Overview’. Check our article to understanding your ‘Upcoming Changes’.
ClearScore report will continue to be updated once a month, but we’ll notify you of any upcoming changes to your next report throughout the month.
If you believe an upcoming change is incorrect, you can:
- Check with your credit provider for that change
- Raise a dispute with the credit bureau so they can look into this for you.
- and we’ll look into this for you.
We’re not a credit reference agency, we’re not able to make changes to your credit report. The best way to do this is to raise it with your credit provider.
