All the information on your credit report is provided to us by Experian (our data provider), if there’s something that doesn’t look right, you'll need to let them know. You can raise a dispute via our contact form. When raising a dispute with Experian, make sure you attach a screenshot of the incorrect information so they can investigate this for you. Please be aware that Experian can take up to 30 business days to come to a resolution, once all the relevant information has been collected.
