If you’ve been rejected, it could be because:
- The information you gave us before you applied, doesn’t match your ClearScore account.
- Your information has changed since you applied.
- There's incorrect information on your account and your credit report.
- Or might be that you didn’t pass the lender’s final checks during the application stage.
As soon as you select any offer from our page, you're redirected to the lender's page. We have no control over your application. Acceptance or rejection is decided by the lender.
If you can’t see a reason for the rejection, contact the lender to find out more. They should be able to provide you - the applicant - with more details on your application. They won’t be able to tell us for confidentiality reasons.
We work with a company called Driva to bring you pre-approved offers. If you’ve contacted the lender and they can’t help. Please contact Driva at contact@driva.com.au. They’ll be able to look into it for you.
