I can't log into my ClearScore account

If you haven’t already done so, logging in from a different device or browser might help. For example, if you're using Safari, try using Google Chrome or Firefox.
 
Clearing your cache and cookies and then refreshing your browser can also help.
 
How do I clear my cache?
If you head to the ‘settings’ section of your browser, you should find this in the menu. 
Once you’ve cleared your cache and cookies, you should be able to log in.
 

Accessing ClearScore When You’re Outside Australia

Access to our app may be restricted in certain countries due to a variety of factors, including:

1. Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Each country has its own set of laws and regulations and we need to abide by them if we choose to operate in these countries.

2. Security Concerns: Each country comes with its own security risks and challenges. Restricting helps us mitigate such risks.
