Incorrect alerts
When we notify you of an upcoming change, it can take up to a month to reflect on your credit report. If no change has been applied to your report after a month, there's a reason. Providers sometimes make updates that cause a notification but don't affect your report.
These notifications help you check for any fraudulent or incorrect information regularly. You can manage your report notification preferences in your 'My account'. If something is incorrect in your credit report, check with the lender or entity first.
