If some of your accounts seem to be missing from your report, this could be for different reasons:
- This particular credit provider doesn't share their information with our data provider (some don’t).
- Your bank account may not show unless you have a pre-authorised overdraft facility.
- Your account is new and hasn’t been added to your report yet. If an account has been recently opened, it may take up to 6 weeks for it to show on your credit report while our data provider waits for an update from the lender. Keep checking your report regularly for any updates.
- They appear under a different company name.
If you suspect something is missing from your report, you'll need to contact the creditors involved to see if they report our data providers. The providers can confirm if they're sharing information with our data providers, illion and Experian.
