My Address isn’t available

We can only update your address on ClearScore if it's on your credit report. Credit providers and lenders share your personal information with credit bureaus. The only way would be to contact all your providers to make sure they have your details correct.

Once they’ve updated their records, it will take up to 6 weeks to show on your ClearScore report. If you’ve already tried this, you have the right to escalate your request as a complaint with the provider.

 

You can try to register with us by using a previous address so we can try and generate a report for you.
