We can only update your address on ClearScore if it's on your credit report. The only way to add or update your address would be to contact all your providers. Check that they have your details all correct and that it's being shared with Experian or illion, our partner credit bureaus.
Once they’ve updated their records, it will take up to 6 weeks to show on your ClearScore report. If you’ve already tried this, you have the right to escalate your request as a complaint with the provider.
