If you need to change your address, you’ll need to update it with all your credit providers. Once they’ve updated their records, it will take up to 6 weeks to show in your ClearScore report.
We can only update your address on ClearScore if it's on your credit report. To add or amend information on your credit report, contact all your providers.
If the credit provider you’ve contacted doesn’t agree with your correction, they’ll need to provide you with reasons why.
If you’re still not satisfied with the decision, you can appeal this via the External Dispute Resolution scheme (EDR) or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC). You can also raise a complaint with AFCA.
