Knowing whether you're viewing your illion or Experian report is crucial, especially if you need to dispute any information. Each report may contain different information, and disputes must be directed to the correct credit reporting agency.
Identifying your report on desktop

Navigate to your credit report page
When you log in to your ClearScore account and access your credit report page, you will see the report overview at the top of the page. -
Look for the toggle switch
At the top, there is a toggle switch that allows you to switch between 'illion' and 'Experian' reports. -
Check the report name
The currently active report name will be highlighted. Click the toggle to switch between illion and Experian if both options are available to you.
Identifying your report on mobile

Open your ClearScore app
Access your credit report through the ClearScore mobile app. -
Locate the toggle switch
At the top of your credit report screen, you will see a toggle switch similar to the desktop version. -
Switch between reports
Tap the toggle to switch between illion and Experian reports. The active report will be indicated at the top of the screen.
What if you only see one report?
Sometimes, you might only have access to one report. In such cases, the toggle switch will not be available, and the report you see will either be from illion or Experian.
