On your ClearScore report you’ll see your credit account details and payment history (i.e. missed payments) as reported by your banks and lenders to Experian (our data provider).
If there’s any incorrect information or an account you don’t recognise, you’ll need to contact your credit provider first. They will investigate this and if they agree your information is incorrect, they’ll contact Experian to get this removed.
Your credit report is generated once a month, so information can take up to 6 weeks to update on your report.
If it's been longer than this and you've already contacted your credit provider, we can arrange for Experian to contact them directly to dispute any incorrect information here.
